The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel - Managed By Accor, Kuta (Bali)

Staying at the hotel was just amazing! The rooms are not noise resistant, so it felt like being in a band till midnight every night, which was quite bothersome for me as a 56-year-old who doesn't need that. The hotel is located above a bar with a loud live band, and despite complaining, I was told there was nowhere else to go.

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The rooms were cozy and provided a nice retreat from the bustling traffic outside. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. However, the location, although convenient for accessing various attractions, had some safety concerns. The dining options were varied, but some dishes fell short of expectations. Facilities were well-kept and functional.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms had its shared plunge pool, which was excellent and smelled good. We were even greeted with a complimentary cake and fruit plate, although our room wasn't ready when we checked in. The service was a bit inconsistent with missed cleanings but the guest relation team was friendly and helpful. The location was superb, right across from Kuta Beach and just meters from Poppies 1. The dining experience varied from ok to amazing depending on the day, with different food offerings and exceptional hospitality from specific staff members. The facilities were generally good, enhancing our overall experience.
